Sky Lounge
MPD were commissioned to carry out full services for this sleek rooftop shisha and dessert café located on the third floor of an industrial building in Leicester City Centre. The existing building required a change of use and internal alterations.
The proposal features a large terraced seating area, timber fence and brick wall on the perimeter and a separate entrance for access.
Works have been completed.
