MPD were commissioned to carry out full services for this modern new build multi-storey flats development located in Evington, Leicester. The existing redundant petrol station was demolished allowing way for a new 3-storey building containing 17 self-contained 1 & 2-bed luxury flats.
The proposal features associated car parking, cycle storage with each flat containing a study and open plan kitchen with living area accessed from a rear balcony walkway linking the two stairwells in a well-thought-out layout.
Works have been completed.
