Markfield Institute
MPD were commissioned to carry out services from steps 1-3, up to planning submission for a conference centre and residential building for this higher education facility located in Markfield, Leicestershire.
The proposal features a 30 bedroom residential block, and a large conference centre housing conference halls, seminar workshops, offices, dining hall and kitchen with associated landscaping and parking. We liaised with our planning consultants Astill to achieve planning approval.
Planning application was approved, our commission as agreed was completed.
