MPD were commissioned to carry out full services for this gorgeous contemporary family home located in Oadby Grange, Leicester. The existing dwelling was to have a complete face-lift creating a 4-bedroom dwelling.

The proposal features a large entrance hallway with a centralised staircase and a void above with glass balcony on the first floor, a summer seating area with sunken seating a studio and cinema room in the loft, external balconies, all conforming to the surrounding site and embracing the level changes.

Works have been completed.
