MPD were commissioned to carry out services up to step 4 for the extension of The Health Suite located in Thurnby, Leicester. The existing building was to receive an extension housing 4 additional treatment rooms, a consultation room, an office, a changing room and shower and a designated waiting area with a new access door for the extended area.
The proposal features new timber cladding around the entire building to allow the existing to be modernised and blend in with the new and a green roof on the flat portion of the new roof to allow a biodiversity benefit, including a high spec interior finish.
