MPD were commissioned to carry out full services to convert an industrial building into luxury student apartments located within Leicester City Centre. The existing industrial building was to be altered internally to create 26 new luxury student flats.
The proposal features a quirky environment with exposed original traditional trusses enticing views through the floors, new skylights, the installation of solar photovoltaics to the roof with all rooms to be finished to a high standard.
Works are currently on site and progressing well.
